The collection has 12 whole bean coffees in light, medium and dark roasts, including Fruity Bloom, Velvet Cocoa, Lemon Glaze, Cherry Zest, Molten Caramel, Chocolate Bold, Citrus Drift, Rich Hazelnut, Deep Roast, Forest Decaf, Praline Smooth and Golden Nut Toffee. Each bag is 12 oz (340 g).
Is the coffee 100% Arabica?
Yes. Every whole bean coffee here lists 100% Arabica beans in its ingredients. Each page also lists the varietals and growing regions.
Which roast level should I choose?
Light roasts such as Fruity Bloom and Lemon Glaze tend to taste brighter and fruitier. Medium roasts are balanced, and dark roasts such as Chocolate Bold and Deep Roast are fuller and richer. Product pages also show acidity level.
Do you have decaf?
Yes. Forest Decaf is a medium roast Java Toraja coffee from Sulawesi, Indonesia, decaffeinated with the Swiss Water Process.
How should I grind and brew whole beans?
Grind just before brewing. Use a coarser grind for French press, a medium grind for drip machines and a finer grind for espresso. Store beans in an airtight container away from heat and light.
