These terms apply to your use of this website and your purchases from Solid Health LLC, trading as Solid Health ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a legally binding contract to buy from us.

3. Products and health disclaimer

Our range includes dietary supplements, personal care products, and coffee and tea. Product pages list ingredients, directions and warnings. Please read them before use.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Our products are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Talk to your doctor before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. Individual results vary. Always read the label and follow the directions on the product. Stop use and seek medical advice if you have an adverse reaction. You are responsible for checking the ingredients for allergies or sensitivities before use.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of a pricing error, stock issue or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund you in full.
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify. Sales tax is added where required.
Prices and offers may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Products are for personal use. Resale is not permitted without our written consent.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

We ship within the United States only. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days. If something outside our control causes a delay, such as supplier stock, carrier disruption, severe weather or high order volume, it can take longer and we will email you. Delivery usually takes 2-4 working days after your order ships. Delivery, free shipping and lost or damaged orders are covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and cancellations (orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them) are covered in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Break any law or use the site for fraud, including chargeback abuse
Try to disrupt, hack or misuse the site
Copy or resell our content or products without permission
Make false or misleading health claims about our products

We may refuse service or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Marketing emails

If you sign up, we will send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Order and service messages will still be sent.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Solid Health name, logo, text, images and designs, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use it without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site, its content and all products are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product will give a particular result. Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or right that the law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Solid Health LLC, its members, managers, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or loss of use, arising from your use of the site or products, even if we have been told such damage is possible. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or order the claim relates to. Some states do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as the law permits.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Solid Health LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents from claims, losses, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or products, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem with an order or these terms, please contact us first at contact@solidhealth.us and we will try to resolve it informally and promptly. You agree to give us this chance, and at least 30 days, before starting any legal action. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arose, to the extent the law allows. Courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved this way.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, supply shortages, severe weather or government action.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date it is posted. Orders you have already placed are covered by the terms in force when you ordered.

16. Severability and waiver

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that part is limited or removed to the minimum extent needed and the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right, that does not mean we have given it up.

17. Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site and your purchases. They replace any earlier understanding.
