What is a keto supplement?

Keto products such as Keto BHB contain exogenous ketones (BHB salts). They are for people who follow a ketogenic-style diet, but they are not required for it. Check the ingredients and suggested use on each page, as some keto products also contain caffeine, such as Keto-5.

How should I take apple cider vinegar capsules?

Follow the suggested use on the product page. Capsules are an alternative to drinking liquid vinegar and avoid the taste.
