What cleansers and toners are in this collection?

The collection includes Gentle Cleansing Gel, Charcoal Facial Cleanser, Witch Hazel Balancing Toner and Gentle Balancing Toner.

Do I need a toner?

A toner is optional. Some people use it after cleansing to refresh the skin before serum and moisturizer. If your skin feels dry or tight, you can skip it.

What's the difference between the gel cleanser and the charcoal cleanser?

The Gentle Cleansing Gel is a gentle everyday formula, while the Charcoal Facial Cleanser contains activated charcoal for a deeper-feeling cleanse. Check each product page for ingredients.

How often should I cleanse my face?

Most people cleanse once or twice a day. Cleansing too often can leave skin feeling dry.

Are these suitable for sensitive skin?

The Gentle range is designed to be mild, but sensitivity varies. Patch test first and stop using if irritation occurs.

Can I return a cleanser?

We want you to be happy. You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Email contact@solidhealth.us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it. The full terms are in our refund policy.
