What face serums do you offer?
The collection includes 10% Niacinamide Serum, Vitamin C Serum, Vitamin Glow Serum, Hyaluronic Acid Serum, Retinol and Peptide Face Serum, Snail Mucin Face Serum, PDRN Brightening Serum, Green Tea Antioxidant Serum and two Brightening Serums, for normal skin and for sensitive skin.
How do I choose a serum?
Choose by what you want your skin to look like. Hyaluronic acid is a hydrating ingredient, vitamin C and niacinamide are popular for a brighter, more even look and retinol is used for smoothing the look of fine lines. Check each page for ingredients and directions.
Can I use vitamin C, niacinamide and retinol together?
Many people use them in the same routine, but start one at a time and watch how your skin reacts. A common approach is vitamin C in the morning and retinol at night. Always patch test first.
When should I apply serum?
Apply serum after cleansing and before moisturizer, using the amount directed on the product page. Use sunscreen during the day, particularly with vitamin C and retinol.
Is retinol safe during pregnancy?
If you are pregnant, trying to conceive or nursing, ask a healthcare professional before using retinol products.
What if a serum doesn't suit my skin?
Serums are personal. You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Email contact@solidhealth.us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it. The full terms are in our refund policy.
