Does it have caffeine?
Yes. Coffee is the main ingredient (70% of the blend), so it contains caffeine. The mushrooms replace part of the coffee, so a scoop has less coffee than a scoop of pure instant coffee. If you are sensitive to caffeine, start with one scoop.
How do I make instant mushroom coffee?
Stir 1 teaspoon into 8–10 oz of hot (not boiling) water. It also works with milk, over ice or blended into a latte.
