What types of skincare do you sell?
The Skincare collection includes face serums (such as niacinamide, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, retinol and peptide, snail mucin and PDRN), moisturizers and gel-creams, a peptide eye gel-cream, toners, cleansers, face oils, a Dead Sea Mud mask and scalp and hair serums.
In what order should I apply my skincare?
A common order is cleanser, toner if you use one, serum, then moisturizer, with a face oil last if you use one. Thinner, water-based products usually go first and richer ones after. Follow any directions on the product page.
How do I introduce a new active such as vitamin C, retinol or niacinamide?
Start slowly, for example a few times a week, and add one new active at a time. Patch test first. If you use retinol, it is usually applied at night, and daily sunscreen is a good idea. If you are pregnant or nursing, ask a healthcare professional before using retinol products.
Which skincare products are for sensitive skin?
Look at products designed with sensitive skin in mind, such as the Brightening Serum for Sensitive Skin and the Gentle Balancing Toner. Everyone's skin is different, so check the ingredients and patch test first.
Do you sell scalp and hair care too?
Yes. The collection includes a Peptide Scalp & Hair Serum and a Botanical Scalp & Hair Serum. Check each product page for ingredients and how to apply.
What if a skincare product doesn't agree with my skin?
Skin is personal and we understand. You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Email contact@solidhealth.us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it. The full terms are in our refund policy.
