How should I build a simple skincare routine?
A simple routine is cleanse, apply a serum, then moisturize. Add a mask or exfoliating product once or twice a week if you like. Introduce one new product at a time so you can see how your skin responds to it.
Should I patch test a new product first?
Yes, it is a good habit with any new skincare. Apply a small amount to a patch of skin, such as the inner forearm, and wait 24 hours before using it on your face or body. Stop using a product if irritation develops.
Are your skincare products suitable for sensitive skin?
Some products are designed for sensitive skin, such as the Brightening Serum for Sensitive Skin and the Gentle Balancing Toner, but everyone's skin is different. Check the ingredient list for anything you know bothers you and patch test first.
What goes into bar soaps and body products?
Our bath and body range includes bar soaps such as Charcoal, Lavender Night and Oat Milk Honey, plus body butters and tallow creams. Fragrance and animal-derived ingredients vary by product, so check the ingredients on the page if you have preferences or sensitivities.
Can I return skincare if it doesn't suit me?
We want you to be happy with your order. You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Email contact@solidhealth.us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. If you need to cancel an order, contact us within 2 hours of placing it. The full terms are in our refund policy.
